Nominate Authorised Agency User

Archives held by State Records should no longer be in current administrative use, and generally not needed by an agency. Where a record needs to be loaned, it can only be requested by an Authorised Agency User from the agency responsible for that record.

To nominate an Authorised Agency User, complete the Authorised Agency User Nomination Form. Authorised Agency Users will be issued with a user ID number, which can be used to request records for loan.

A new form is required to be submitted when a person changes agency, or the agency changes as part of machinery of government. The nomination form must be signed by the person nominated as an Authorised Agency User and a Senior Manager. 

Email the completed and signed form to Archival Services.
