Since September 2015 State Records has been engaged in an in-depth review of its operations and how it delivers services. This period of reform has now come to an end; with the final piece in the process being the transition to a revised organisational structure occurring in September 2017.
Much progress has been made over the preceding two years with State Records engaging staff, stakeholders and customers to help us deliver an organisation that is more relevant to our government and community customers. Over that period we have re-shaped our vision and purpose, established consistent values and behaviours for the organisation, implemented business process improvement, redesigned our approach to customer service delivery and enquiry management and identified a series of priority initiatives.
In late 2017 State Records held 7 Information Sessions to provide more information on these changes. For those unable to attend State Records are pleased to provide the PowerPoint presentation shown at the Information Sessions and a recording of one of the Information Sessions held at our Gepps Cross site.
